The Body Coach TV - This YouTube channel has many episodes of "P.E. with Joe", as well as other videos that are easy to follow. (NOTE: For most of these videos you will need to play your own music)
POPSUGAR Fitness - One of my all-time favourite channels with so many different kinds of workouts. I can always find a video here for almost any kind of exercise I am looking for: kick-boxing, tabata, HIIT, yoga, pilates, meditation, bodyweight, dance, zumba... and it goes on!
Les Mills - If you are looking for a challenge that is fun and high-intensity, THIS IS IT! One of my favourite video series
that they have is the "Bodycombat" videos, which is essentially high intensity kick-boxing. SO MUCH FUN!
Billy Banks Tae Bo Fitness - This guy has been around for a long time... longer than I've been alive... but his videos are really fun! You will definitely get your sweat on following Mr. Bill Banks! Most of his videos are also a kick-boxing style workout. Another great option !
Sarah Beth Yoga - This channel is great for all levels: from beginners to advanced! There are yoga videos for all aspects of health, whether it is for a certain area of your body that you want to strengthen or gain flexibility, or whether you just want a really great stretching session. This channel has it all!
STRONG by Zumba - Looking to try something new? This channel has a lot of high intensity workouts to very upbeat music. It's a combination of Zumba and a HIIT workout all in one. Super tiring but super fun and totally worth it!
SweatyBetty - This channel has some unique workouts, including a Ballet Bootcamp workout (get in shape like a Ballerina!) There are also videos with discussions about various aspects of body health, such as nutrition, and creating balance in our lives. Worth taking a look !
lululemon - Not only is this a super popular clothing brand, but this company also creates a number of workout out videos for yoga, bodyweight training, kettlebells ...and more!
